- 付款成功后，我们将在尽快（工作日内）发货所有订单。西马1-5个工作日内送达;邮费RM8
- 东马1-2个星期送达;邮费RM15，或者您可以选择在订单确认后的5个工作日内到Angelz Jewellery工作室领取所购买的商品。
- 为了确保每件商品能安全送达至顾客手上，我们都会加强运输包装，避免在运输过程中的损坏。如果商品于邮寄过程造成的损坏，我们将无法负责。
- 因如下情况造成订单延迟或无法配送等，本店有权取消订单，将无法承担迟延配送或无法配送的责任：
(1) 客户提供错误信息和不详细的地址；收货地址中楼号门牌与所在区域不符的
(2) 货物送达无人签收或拒收，由此造成的重复配送所产生的费用及相关的后果。
(3) 不可抗力，例如：自然灾害及恶劣天气、交通戒严等政府、司法机关的行为、决定或命令、意外交通事故、罢工、法规政策的修改。
(4) 请知悉我们只负责发货，无法干涉快递公司的运作与派件安排。
- 代金券和折扣不适用于运费，除非另有说明，否则不会退还。
- After successful payment, we will ship all orders as soon as possible.The delivery to buyers is done on an average of 1-5 working days for West Malaysia at a cost of RM8 and 1-2 weeks for East Malaysia at a cost of RM15.
- Alternatively, you can choose to collect the purchased goods at Angelz Jewellery workshop within 5 working days after order confirmation.
- In order to ensure that each product can be safely delivered to customers, the packaging will be strengthened for transportation to avoid any damages. We will not be responsible for any damage to the product during shipping.
- The store has the right to cancel the order due to the delay or failure of delivery due to the following circumstances:
(1) The customer provides wrong information and an incomplete address; the building number in the receiving address does not match the area where it is located
(2) The cost of repeated delivery and related consequences caused by no one signing or rejecting the delivery of the goods.
(3) Force majeure, such as: natural disasters and severe weather, traffic martial law and other actions, decisions or orders of the government and judicial organs, accidental traffic accidents, strikes, revisions to regulations and policies.
(4) Please know that we are only responsible for delivery and cannot interfere with the operation and delivery arrangements of the courier company.
