收到损坏的产品:
- 退换货和退款不适用于成功交付的无缺陷商品。
- 如果交付给您的包裹或物品到达时损坏,请拒收。您可以发送电子邮[email protected] 或 Whatsapp 016-220 2900。我们的客户服务团队将为您提供帮助。
- 如果您已经接受交货,请保留所有相关包装材料以及产品的原始状态。收到您的订单后,应在1-2个工作日内报告损坏或丢失物品的索赔。 请注意,退货最多可能需要10个工作日才能到达我们的总部。 收到后,我们将检查并建议下一步行动。
- 如果退回的产品没有损坏,我们可以自行决定不更换、维修或退款给您,或要求您支付所有合理的送货和服务费用。

Received Damaged Product
- Returns, exchanges and refunds are not available for successfully delivered non-defective merchandise.
- If a package or product delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment. You may email us at [email protected] or Whatsapp 016-220 2900. Our customer service team will assist you.
- If you have already accepted the delivery, please retain all relevant packaging materials together with the product in its original condition. Claims for damaged or missing products should be reported within 1-2 working days upon the receipt of your order. Do note that returns may take up to 10 working days to arrive at our headquarters. Once received, we will examine and advise the next course of action.
- In the event the product returned is not damaged, we may at our discretion decide not to replace, repair or refund you for the product and/or require you to pay all reasonable delivery and servicing costs.
Returns Procedure:Contact our Customer Service team through WhatsApp or Facebook.Post the defected product(s) to the nearest POS Office to Angelz Jewellery office (Don’t forget to keep the consignment note). (attached with consignment note and receipt of postage).We will process the new product(s) after receiving the defected products and take at least 5-7 working days for repost. |
