- 一般下单后3 -10个工作日发货 (不含公假、周末)。
- 在下单后3天内没有消息,汇款或取货,视作自动弃单。
- 所有信息、询问、款项确认会在营业时间回复和确认。非营业时间信息慢回复。
- 饰物被勾断或扯断的话可以送回来给我们修理(修理费、邮费自理)。
- 天然水晶/宝石是没有绝对的完美,常见的瑕疵如下:冰裂纹,矿缺,棉絮或雾,损伤。若喜爱完美无缺的朋友请慎购。
- 请确认您要购买商品的尺寸,颜色及数量,如果无法确定请先私讯小助理确定尺再买喔!结帐前请您务必确认订单内容,订单成立后将无法再修改订单明细.
- 商品皆以真实光线下实品拍摄,但因为每台新旧电脑手机的显示设定及解析度,色调,亮度皆不同,可能会有些许色差与主观认知上的差异,若非常介意色差的买家,下单前请仔细考虑,并多利用线上客服或FB私讯发问喔,
- 以缩小对商品的疑问避免双方不必要的误会及纠纷,本店不接受因个人认知问题/材质/完美主义而造成的退换货喔!
- 每一笔订货寄出前小助理都会仔细检查商品,请买家收到商品后立即检查以避免影响您的个人权益,因大量出货的关系难免会有瑕疵/错款之情形,请亲们见谅。如遇到上述情形再请买家与我们联系(私讯FB客服会尽快为您处理).

- Goods will be shipped within 3-10 working days after the order is placed (excluding public holidays and weekends).
- If there is no news, remittance or pickup within 3 days after placing the order, it will be regarded as an automatic abandonment of the order.
- All information, inquiries, and payment confirmations will be replied and confirmed during business hours. There will be a slow response to information during non-business hours.
- If the accessories are hooked or torn off, you can send them back to us for repair (repair fee and postage are at your own expense).
- Natural crystals/gemstones are not absolutely perfect, and the common flaws are as follows: ice cracks, mineral defects, cotton wool or fog, damage.
- Please confirm the size, color and quantity of the product you want to buy. If you are not sure, please contact us for more information before buying. Please confirm the order content before checkout. After the order is established, the order details cannot be modified.
- The products are all shot under real light, but because the display settings, resolution, color tone, and brightness of each new and old computer and mobile phone are different, there may be a slight color difference and a difference in subjective perception. If buyers are very concerned about color differences, we advise you to make use of the customer service or message us on social media platforms to ask questions.

- In order to reduce doubts about our products, avoid unnecessary misunderstandings and disputes between the two parties, our store does not accept returns and exchanges caused by personal cognitive problems/materials/perfectionism.
- Before each order is sent out, we will check the product carefully. Buyers are requested to check the product immediately after receiving it to avoid affecting your personal rights. If there are any damages, defects or wrong products delivered, please contact us again on to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
